Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the Money Back Guarantee, all of the following conditions must be met:
1. Active Enterprise Subscription
The user must be continuously subscribed to the Enterprise Plan for a minimum of three (3) consecutive months without interruption or downgrade during this period.
2. Resume Utilization Requirement
During each month of the three-month qualifying period, the user must have generated all resumes assigned to their account. This requirement demonstrates active participation and intent in the job search process.
3. Good Standing
The account must remain in good standing and must not be subject to suspension, termination, or any penalty for violation of our Terms of Service or misuse of platform features.
Refund Amount
- If all eligibility criteria are satisfied, the user is eligible for a refund equal to one (1) month's Enterprise Plan fee only.
- Refunds are limited to a single monthly fee and cannot exceed the amount paid for one month.
Refund Process
- Eligible users must submit a refund request by contacting our support team at support@atsandyou.com within 15 days after the completion of the third consecutive month.
- We will review the request and verify account activity and eligibility against the criteria above.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the subscription. Approved refunds are typically processed within 10–15 business days from the date of approval.
Exclusions
The Money Back Guarantee does not apply in the following circumstances:
- The user has not maintained three consecutive months on the Enterprise Plan.
- The user did not generate all resumes assigned during any month within the qualifying period.
- The account is not in good standing or has violated our Terms of Service, Fair Usage Policy, or any other applicable policy.
- The refund request is submitted after the 15-day request window following the qualifying period.
- Annual subscribers are not eligible for this Money Back Guarantee. This policy applies exclusively to monthly Enterprise Plan subscriptions.
Final Decision
ATSandYou.com reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to approve or deny any refund request after verification of account activity and compliance with these terms. Our decision will be final.
