ATS-And-You provides an online resume optimization service that helps users create ATS-compliant resumes. The Service includes:

• Resume upload and analysis functionality
• Job description matching and optimization
• ATS-compliant resume generation
• Multiple subscription plans with varying usage limits

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate, current, and complete
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

ATS-And-You offers multiple subscription plans:

• Free Plan: 3 resumes per month at no cost
• Beginner Plan: 20 resumes per month for $3.00/month
• Pro Plan: 60 resumes per month for $10.00/month
• Enterprise Plan: 100 resumes per month for $15.00/month

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly and automatically renew unless cancelled. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

5. Usage Limits and Fair Use

Each subscription plan includes specific usage limits for resume generation. You agree not to:

• Exceed your plan's monthly resume generation limits
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the Service for commercial resale or redistribution
• Attempt to circumvent usage limitations through technical means

6. Content and Data

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service, including resumes and job descriptions. By using the Service, you grant ATS-And-You a limited license to process your content for the purpose of providing resume optimization services.

You are responsible for ensuring that any content you upload does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

• Upload malicious software, viruses, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

9. Service Availability

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
